I’ve had two texts today to tell me Ive gone over my eyes allowance with no prior warning. Ive got a 120gb contract so I’m confused. I thought roaming was only on new contracts since Brexit.

@Lisa234

You'll need to call customer service to question that, esp if you have proof from your phone data use or your MyO2.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi yes I knew that but my data use hasn’t hit 25 to my knowledge and they didn’t warn me per the policy.

Just wanted to say thanks for your tip. Spoke to them, surprisingly the text was wrong. I have asked for an explanation on the aug data use which was 3x my normal which I haven’t had nor a message to say they’ve set up my usage alert!
