Ystd stopped by O2 shop and asked to Esim. That guy requested SIM SWAP. now after 24 hours. Nothing changed. Can’t use phone call, text either.

Hi @Amye - as this is a forum made up of O2 Customers, like yourself, nobody has access to your account - you need to contact O2 direct, either by phone on 0344 809 0202 or via Social Media (links below) to get this checked out, assuming the esim has not activated overnight (reboot the phone every so often, make sure WiFi calling is disabled if you use it).
