ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION LETTER

I have chosen to leave 02. I understand that I need to pay off my device, today I have received an Enforcement And Termination Letter. I have tried the telephone numbers on the letter and every number I am told that they cannot connect me to the service.  I want to pay the device off but I am unable to.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
