Hi all,

Got a new sim card from work with a phone number allocated to it.  Decided to change my own sim to an e-sim do I could dual sim with my sim from work.

So the e-sim works fine but when I've plugged the new sim from work in as a secondary it's not registering a number.  So I went to O2 to try activate it but when I type the number work have given me it's telling me it doesn't exist.  Is there any other way around this?

I don't think my work got the sim directly from O2.

Thanks!

Wherever it came from will need to activate it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Appreciate that thank you.

Numbers are allocated to sims before they are activated @jakeocoy
