I have been using my mobile at my new address for 5 months without problems.
A week or so ago when making calls or receiving calls the line just keeps cutting out or the person who I'm calling or who is calling me cannot hear me.
I've reset the VPN settings, I've turned the phone off for several hours and switched it back on and it's not making any difference. There doesn't seem to be a problem if I ring using What's App.
The phone is showing full signal and full WiFi.
Added to this I'm having MAJOR difficulty in making contact with O2.
I am working from home and my office number is diverted to my mobile so this is causing a big problem.
Any advice would be greatly welcomed.

Check for any local issues here O2 Service Status
If nothing showing, you may need a new sim.
You can get one from any O2 store or by calling O2.
