Downloading itemised bills o2

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have been a customer of O2 for a good number of years and when advised that my current monthly bill was available to view on line have always been able to do so and see an itemised bill. This month however All I can view is the bare details and not the itemised one When I bing up details of old bills I can see its details but when I try and get itemised details all that come up is the current months ie Aug. Can anyone help please so that I can rectify this problem.

Ring O2 from your mobile on 202 and get them to check if it's showing correctly from their end.

When you open your bill do you not have the option to click on 'what I've used'?
