Downloading and printing previous bills

Hi. I have four phones linked to one account and cannot download and print previous monthly bills for them (I used to be able to but not for about 3 weeks now). Anyone else have this problem?? Any advice please? The current bills are visible for all four devices so they are linked etc and it has previosly worked for ages. Thanks.

I'll lock this one as the discussion about the previous bills error is happening in the main thread which jonsie linked to above. Please keep an eye on that topic for any updates on the issue, we will post it there when we hear anything from O2.
