I keep getting this message when I try to downlaod a copy of my bill - Can anyone help?  I have called 202 and they said they would get someone to fix it - but that was over 2 weeks ago.

Try clearing cache and cookies from your browser or try a different browser.

Edge seems to work quite well currently.

Sign out completely then try signing in only to your MyO2.

Good idea. I know if I am on the forum and go to My O2, it signs me out of the forum completely. I have to log in again!!
