Hello

i have moved to Australia and I would very much like to keep my number active as I’ve had it for 22 years and I assume the best way is downgrade to PAYG.

I don’t want to pay monthly as I will be shortly signing a new contract in Oz.
can you help me with the options and how to proceed

TIA

@Youngmoth Take a look here: Migration & porting into O2 - O2 Community

Bear in mind that to get a PAYG sim you will need a UK address to send it to.

Hi @Youngmoth

Welcome to the community

As far as I am aware o2 don't offer any PAYGO deals without needing to pay monthly to keep the PAYGO sim active. Most other providers require the same monthly payment too.
