Downgrade Tariff question

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to lower your tariff? I signed up to a 24 month contract for £48 per month. However, I'm finding I don't use a lot of the benefits that come with this tariff. So I'm paying far more than I need to and obviously I'd love to lower the tariff ito better reflect my actual usage.

If you're on a Refresh contract, and if you could afford it, you have the option of paying off the device part of your contract, cancelling the airtime part with no penalty, and taking a monthly or yearly sim only contract on a lower tariff. It's something you might want to consider if you're not getting the benefit of what you're paying for now.

You can look in your http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 to see if alternatives are available to you but you cannot downgrade in monthly cost per month im afraid.
