I paid my my phone bill early in dec(18th) due to getting paid early.
On the 28th O2 tried to take out the direct debit amount even tho it had already been paid and my account was clear. Ive now been charged by my bank because there was no funds available in my account 😞 😞
Not sure what to do as it says they going to try and take it again!!!!

You will need to speak to O2 and explain what you have done, they won't normally take the payment if you are up to date.

Advise your bank and suspend the direct debit for a month to make sure you don't get any further charges.
