Solved: Dont have a debit card

I tried to buy a new sim card as a new 02 customer and when i reach the basket it only allows me to pay with a debit card when i have a credit card

Unfortunately for Bank Verification it has to be a debit card as it is used to verify who you are.

It also needs to be a UK registered Card.

You can always try the Sales Team, to see if they can do anything for you call 0800 081 0255
