Don't want to renew my contract

Anonymous

Hi there,
I've just realised my contract renewal date is in a couple of days but I don't want to renew, I've found some better deals elsewhere. Does anyone know if it will automatically renew itself or will they get in touch to ask if I want to renew? Can't seem to find any advice on not renewing a contract!

Your contract will carry on, on a rolling 30 day basis. Ask for your PAC if you want to keep your number.Give the PAC to your new network within 30 days. When used it will effectively end your contract and O2 will produce a final bill for you.

Just give 30 days notice if you aren't bothered about keeping your number.

It resorts to a rolling 30 day contract. Once you port your number to a new network your contract will end immediately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
