As you can see the time log, I have spent nearly 2hrs to get a simple tariff change.
Don't use this live chat service unless you have 2-3hours free.
Alistar took over 1hr and he passed me to other person Kiren with no explanation and no reason.
Kiren did ok compared to previous. I spent USELESS and WASTED time with Alistar.
+ why do i have to sign up the 12gbp deal to get bolt on? I couldn't find any sense.
I was originally offered 10gbp with bolt on...
I can understand COVID-19 & Lockdown makes things slow and hard, but you seriously need to improve this live chat service.

Instead of live chat, speak to O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
