Don't understand the 'bundle'

Hi! Bought my daughter a pay and go phone through carphone warehouse. Phone £19.95 + £20 bundle with 02. My daughter's balance is 0.00 and it tells me how many texts she has & minutes left til November 3rd. So, has my £20 paid for these 4000 texts and 400 minutes? I thought it would just count down from £20.00. And is it going to charge me next month another £20? There's no way she needs this amount of texts etc.. in a month. Help! 😁

She may be better on the unlimited tariffs where you keep the credit. Have a look at the alternatives in My O2 or in the shop pages.

Hi

Yes the £20 has paid for the bundle. These allowances last a month ie you're anniversary date and then you'll need to top up in time for the anniversary date to refresh your allowances.

You can change tariff once a month. Here is the link to the others http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo

You can change your tariff now via your myo2 and it will come into play on your next anniversary date.

You need to change her tariff to one that is more suitable.
One of the O2 unlimited ones might be better?

To add if your daughters a teenager you'd be surprised how many texts they can get through.

I'm sure data is a part of the bundle too. If it's the big bundle like mine it's 2GB which can easily be used on a smartphone.

Unlikely to be a smartphone at £19.95.....
Switch to unlimited or look at giffgaff's goodybags

giffgaff sim will work fine in her phone.
