Hi

I have these two bolt Ons 

O2 Travel & Higher Data Limit in non-O2 Travel countries
International Bolt On
And am currently travelling in Australia and New Zealand. Why is my latest bill £180?

O2 Travel Inclusive, either as part of an O2 Plus Plan tariff or as a Volt benefit, is what you need for cost-free calls on Contract O2 phones in NZ:

It would appear that you have been charged standard rates for roaming which means your O2 travel is not activated.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.

Payment Management opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
  • Saturday – 8am to 6pm
  • Sunday – 9am to 6pm
  • You can use Skype over wifi for free to call, just use +44800 902 0217
