Does O2 refresh have to be done through O2 directly?

Can I upgrade using my early refresh 25% discount at another shop like phones 4 u etc or does it have to be with O2 directly?

Only O2 sell Refresh so no I don't think you can take it up elsewhere.

Someone asked this question in another thread (which I can't find), and I said pretty much what you've said, but someone else posted that you could get it at CPW. I don't think that's correct.

Well the FAQs agree with that, so unless someone can show different it's through O2 only.

I think that's best too as there is a lot to consider and there are 2 contracts involved.
