But like all other Mobile and Landline operators you get charged for calling all other 0845 / 0870 number. You also need to have credit to pay the access charge of x per minute and then x per minute is the service charge all explained here:

The chap has 2 threads running and is on PAYG. The free 0845/0870 are pay monthly contracts only.
