Do you have to call o2 when you are cancelling due to the price increase next april?

I am still in a 24 month contract but I have txt 85075 and got my Pac code. Both show nil cancellation charges.

I am moving to lebara, can I just wait for my sim and give them my PAC code and then they will do it with o2 as the guides instruct?

If you want to cancel due to the price rise you MUST contact O2 on 202 as outlined in the eMail you were sent.

Any other way and you may be charged for the handset

Only necessary to call if you also have a device plan as the airtime and device need to be delinked so the device can continue to be paid.
