I like how there seems to be no customer support from O2 and instead they decided to use "ask the community" which basically means we have to find the answers from each other!

 

Anyway, I have unlimited minutes on my contract. Does this include calls to mobile on other networks?

Yes all UK mobiles are included. 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
