Solved: Do bigger tariffs give you your higher data limit ...

Hi there,

I need to get more data for one of my contracts (it's an O2 refresh/flexible one so I can change tariff once a month). If I was to upgrade to the 250GB tariff it says it would start on 02/01/22, but would I get the increased data limit immediately?

Tariff changes happen on your bill date.

Upgrades start immediately.
