Do I have to pay the money I have left for my phone bill at once ?

Please could someone help? I have a contract under my name but my friends paying for it because she wasn’t 18 at the time. Now I find out it’s affecting my credit history showing I’m in debt. Does o2 have a payment plan for her to pay off the phone monthly and let us switch the names ?

You can't change the name until the contract has reached the minimum term.

Your friend will then need to take a contract in her own name and you can cancel the current one.

They will have to pass a credit check to in order to get a contract.

For a payment plan on current contract, you need to call payment management.

Thank you , please what’s the minimum term ? This current contract is for 36 months and she got it in January
