Do I get a new sim??

Hi, On 21/1, I upgraded online from my 24 month contract with a phone to just a sim only as I am happy with my phone. I'm I supposed to be getting a new sim with my new contract or has my current sim been changed?. Under my orders, it says 'completed'.

I'm really confused. Can anybody clarify please?

You will get a sim in the post but you won’t need it.
Your account will switch over online which you can confirm by looking at your tariff details in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

You wont need the new sim. Its a tariff change to sim only....So you can carry on using the one you have @Anonymous
