Divert calls

How do I divert calls whilst 02 exchange my brand new faulty handset.

Tried phone menu.

Tried direct dial **21*newnumber#

They both error

*21* don't work either. Says invalid MMi code.

You need to turn off wifi calling first.

You may need to deactivate wifi calling before using any short codes.
