I have just received a text and emails informing me that my order has gone through - I have not ordered anything. Is this some sort of scam and do I need to do anything?

I just got texts and emails too.
Checked my o2 account on website and it is showing an order but looks like is tariff I was on so assuming o2 are just updating something.

So I rang O2 on 202 and eventually got through to a human being who told me that there is nothing to worry about. Good to know.
I was not aware of the change to the billing system, does anyone know when we were notified?
