Dispatched?

I have ordered my iphone 6s plus, and I have also recieved an email from o2 that my order have been place. Then its been 4 days now and I havent recieved any dispatch email or whatsover.

Yeah, I agree. Time to ring up. Assume this was an upgrade and not a new connection?

Sounds like it's not in stock, the same old issues of a non existent live stock system which o2 definitely should invest

Network issues or a faulty sim card?
Sometimes just wiping the sim can help.

I got a text saying your order has been shipped them 2 hours later got another texted saying sorry it's taking longer than we hoped to send your order . Is this normal ?

There have been lots of stock issues just lately due to Christmas and black Friday.
Best to call cs and get them to check your order status.
