I ordered the 12 pro max last night at about half 9 i got all my legal documents and the thanks for your order ‘processing’ email, it said id get next day delivery before midnight but i havent had a dispatch email. Does anyone know how long these take please?

It all depends if it's in stock. Many phones and devices aren't despite what the website says. It's not a live system. Until you get a dispatch email it won't be coming.

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

They are out of stock, apparently there are more coming around the 14th January

Because the money i paid upfront came out of my account does that mean theyll send me one whem they come back into stock or will i have to order it all over again?
