I ordered an iPhone 11 pro and Air pods 9 days ago. The money was taken from my account and the order was referred. I've contacted o2 after 5 days and was told I couldn't speak to the referall team although I've had no contact from them.

This happened before on an order where an advisor gave me a contact number and referral team told me they'd emailed me but no email. Does anyone have a contact for them. The air pods were paid outright so I at least expected them by now
