How do you cancel/opt out after 6 months?

You can cancel via My Extras in My O2.

Or directly via the Disney website.

Choose not to auto renew.

You can call customer services who will cancel it for you too.

Update your my o2 app, and the extras should be there, we have seen this with apps that are not up to date.
