I have an email offering Disney plus free
For 6 months but when I look at my o2 it says £5.99 per month.
I haven’t upgraded so is the free offer only for those upgrading?

I'm trying to redeem code for Disney+ it says 'cannot be redeemed you may have already redeemed this' log into Disney+ to check & when I do this it only shows 7 day free trial not 6 months free can you help

I have had several SMS offering Disney plus free for 6 months but when I look at my o2 it says £5.99 per month too. I am not new or upgrading my contract but you've made the offer and I've tried to accept it. I want it adding. It isn't my fault that O2 made the offer in error (several times!) Who do I complain to and how? I tried the chat but every is busy each time I've tried. The number that the SMS said to text isn't working. I tried Aura but she just gave me my bill total. Not good enough.

You text the word DISNEY to 21500 and follow the instructions sent back.

You must do this from the phone that the offer was sent to as it is number specific.

Hi, I already had a free Disney+ subscription until Feb, I upgraded and was offered another 6months which I took, however my account still says it will expire in Feb. How do I activate the new one...worried I'll lose it! Thanks very much.
