I have been trying to figure out why my bill has jumped up not too long ago and have finally realised I have been signed onto a Disney+ subscription I never asked for and never received any details about.

How to cancel here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  

It is an opt in / out service. 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
