You have to take up the offer of an extra within 28 days of taking out a new contract.

When you upgrade or take out a new contract on O2 there is usually a choice of an Extra included with the new contract. Once you have completed the upgrade or application, you get to choose an Extra.

 

You will normally receive an email about your extra within 24 hours.

 

If you haven't received the email, you need to contact O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The email is sent after you have selected which extra you want in your MyO2.

You choose your option, wait for an email, then follow the link in the email to redeem it.
