So when I upgraded my phone it told me I’d have Disney+ free for 6 months, however it’s continued to charge me for 2 months when it should be free. How do I activate this extra and get the free time I was promised to receive a refund for what I shouldnt have been paying for?
Seems like somebody has dropped the ball somewhere. If you do get through to support explain the situation and your wish to reclaim your money otherwise just cancel it and do it on your own terms instead.
