Hi all,

I got my sim only monthly plan and it told me I'd get 6 months free Disney +, but I cannot for the life of me find out how I sort it? Any help? Many thanks x

Find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer. It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in. 

Your voucher code should be filled in automatically

Hi, I did this and it told me my code had already been redeemed when it hasn't, only signed me up for a 7 day trial and myo2 is saying I've not yet claimed it?

Thank you everyone for your replies if I do as above says it says it's £5.99 a month when I was told it would be free for 6-months

Thanks for the number. It expires in18 days. And mine has. But no where told me this so I'm asking for them to honour it as I've been busy with my newborn
