I did the Disney plus subscription through o2 priority. What a mistake that was! The app is not compatible with my TV. And keep getting an error code trying to connect via hdmi. When I view on my phone its tiny. Obviously I dont want to watch it all on my phone. Spoke to Disney they have no way to fix. Directed me to a webpage to cancel with them but said I'll need to make contact with o2. Cant get through to them and its still showing on my o2. Any suggestions?

If you check the guide posted by @jonsie  you will find numerous numbers to call O2.

Have you managed to speak to someone about cancelling? I am being charged for Disney+ but can't access it through 02 as Disney+ are saying my 02 subscription hasn't been activated with them. Really need to speak to someone to sort it as I am being charged for something I can't use but obviously the phone lines are really restricted.
