Have you managed to speak to someone about cancelling? I am being charged for Disney+ but can't access it through 02 as Disney+ are saying my 02 subscription hasn't been activated with them. Really need to speak to someone to sort it as I am being charged for something I can't use but obviously the phone lines are really restricted.
