Disney+ update?

I received an email in December offering me 3 months free Disney+ if I sent a text to O2.

I sent the text on the 1st January and got a message saying it would be activated in 24 hours but nothing has happened.

I've read that lots of customers seem to be having a similar issue and that O2 are working on it.

I've not been able to contact O2 as live chat is always busy and I'm not on social media.

Wondering if there is any update anyone knows of?

@ArmyOfFish

Then you'll need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

Thank you, unfortunately I'm not on social media so cant use those.  I thought maybe getting a family member to do it on my behalf but wasn't sure if O2 would be receptive if its not my personal facebook, twitter etc?
