I changed my contract with O2 back in July and had a 6 month free extra of disney+ included. I activated this when the email came through and all looked ok, now I've gone to log in and use it and it just says 'it seems like you're not subscribed, renew subscription.' I can't find anywhere to get help on this or find out what's happened, any ideas?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
