I took the 6 month free Disney+ offer and it comes to an end on 28/02/21. I want to keep it after this date. I see Star is coming from 23/02/21 and if you take Disney+ before then you do not pay the price increase until August this year. Does the free trial count as me having Disney+ ad entitle me to the current £5.99 price until August? It won't let me sign up with the £2 discount offer.

You have to wait until closer to the end date before you apply again.

You also may have to use a different email address

You don't have to do anything.

After the free trial you will automatically be subscribed with the discount applied.

I have disney + included in my monthly contract. I couldnt start it up straight away as i already had set it up. My subscription is now at an end and i wiuld like to use my free subscription through my phone but i cant get it. Can someone help me please?

You had to select it within 28 days and activated a further 28 days after that.

If you didn't do that it may be lost.

You'll need to call customer service to check.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
