Everytime I try to add Disney + in my extras (I'm supposed to have 6 months free) it won't let me and I can't get hold of anyone on customer services as the computer just sends me round in circles. Any suggestions?

@O2Emmahow will we know and be able to get the access sorted once you have the fix in place?
I got a Disney agreement by email last night and the extra is shown as active from yesterday but I still can’t log in without being asked to pay subscription. Any info about how we’ll know what’s happening will help

I’m having exactly same issue -signed up for the extra Disney+ and it’s saying I have already redeemed the code. Suggests logging in but when I do - Disney says it doesn’t have an account in that name? So if I don’t have an account how can the cure have been redeemed?? Not impressed!
