I’ve upgraded to a sim only with higher data and lost the remaining 4 months of my free Disney plus. The app says I’m not subscribed. Does anyone know how to get it back please. Poorly 2 year old whinging for Mickey Mouse 😩😂

You need to call O2 @Vic77 

Tell them you lost it when you upgraded and want it re-added to your account.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
