Thanks, tried that but it just offers at additional cost?
When I placed my order it said I would be sent a code?

No codes are sent it is all done via myo2, which then generates a link that you use to login and redeem on disneyplus

Did you upgrade or start a new contract?
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

A few people have had the same issue.

Mine said that too but I followed the link from the email I was sent after choosing my extra and all was well.

You have to choose first then redeem.

Check your spam for the email too.
