I recently signed up for disney plus 7 days free trial. Can I change to get it through o2 I'm on sim only deal

You can if it appears as an extra in your MyO2.

I currently have 4 contract s with o2 and was sent an email stating I can have Disney + free for 6 months how do I get it its asking for 5.99 ?

You can add it and get the £2.00 per month discount or upgrade your tariff now and get it free.
