It depends on your TV.

I have a Sony Smart TV just over 2 years old. Annoyingly, it runs on the Linux OS so doesn't work on that.

Check the app store on your TV to see if the Disney+ app is available to download.
If it is, you can get it.

Unfortunately my TV didn't have the app store available. It had some pre-installed apps and those are the only ones we can use.
If you have Sky Q (which we don't), we could get it through that route.
Annoyingly this is what happens sometimes when you buy a TV in a sale...
