No codes are sent it is all done via myo2, which then generates a link that you use to login and redeem on disneyplus
Did you upgrade or start a new contract?
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Mine said that too but I followed the link from the email I was sent after choosing my extra and all was well.
You have to choose first then redeem.
