Disney plus extra

Hi.

I've just signed up on a new monthly tariff which was eligible for Disney plus for 6 months.  The extra is showing on my account but every time I try and add it I just get an 'Oops'.  I've tried to add it on both my computer and on my phone with the Wifi turned off.

I have tried to phone with no success.  

Can someone please help me.
