Hi I'm trying to activate the Disney us subscription. I have added the extra I go to click the link to activate it and it says error 404 page not found. I have tried via app and Web browser still no joy. It says I have 29 days left to activate it but it won't allow me to because the page doesn't exist?. Tried calling 202 and you cannot talk to anyone. Thanks

Try a different browser. 
I did mine on Crome but Edge usually works well.

Same thing. I'm now worried I'm gonna be charged for Disney when I can't even watch the thing. Done with 02. When contracts over I'm gone.

You won't be charged if it's not activated @Oleredface 

You'll need to call customer service to get help on activating it.
