Is there still an issue with this? I have an existing Disney Plus account, and am trying to activate my O2 offer via the activation link on my O2 account, but it just takes me to the sign up page, even though I am logged in! I type my email address in, and asks for my password which I enter, but then it just takes me to my Disney Plus account and doesn't say anything about anything having been activated.
@Jon_Betts Having just reread your post again, I see you say you have an existing Disney plus account. This will be the problem then. As you already have an existing Disney account you can't apply another, ie piggy back to extend it
You would need to use a different email address to register a new subscription
You do have 28 days to apply the new offer so it depends when your current one runs out.

Thanks very much for your prompt responses. Apologies that this isn't the exact same issue that others were having. Although it does feel like a bit of an oversight that I cannot activate a new subscription against an existing Disney Plus account - my previous subscription has run out anyway, so I don't see why I shouldn't be able to add the new 3 month subscription to my existing Disney Plus account 🤔
Exactly the same here! My O2 account is still telling me to activate my account. I called O2 and they sent me a new link, but the same thing occurred, I enter my Disney email and password and it takes me to a page telling me to get the app which I have, but it isn’t activating the account.
