If your existing subscription has run out AND YOU HAVE TURNED OFF AUTO RENEW in My O2 Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras then you CAN add a new subscription. The important thing is remembering to turn off Auto renew, otherwise you will still have Disney but will be paying for it.

Thanks for the suggestion, however I ensured I cancelled my initial subscription, and I'm definitely not still paying for it. It doesn't show on my O2 account - here is all I see on my extras section:
So yeah, I'm kind of between a rock and a hard place with it!

I’m having the same issue, I’ve upgraded today and was given 3 months of Disney plus free but when I try to activate it I just get an error 404 message. Can anyone please help?

Hello. I get the same issue. Again still no help and online agents unavailable and 45 minutes to get through to someone and then hangs up on 202 number.

@Cleoriff @TheresaV @O2Lisa can one of you help, I am having the exact same issue as the OP. Did you ever get this resolved @Andy1982. Upgraded my contract and added Disney+ free 3 months as an extra but can't activate as it keeps saying error 404 page not found. I called 202 twice and both times they said they sent a new link but unf I have not received anything yet. The second person even said they removed it and made it Disney+ free for 6 months but unfortunately until I can activate this service, not much I can do. They keep telling me to wait for the new email which never seems to arrive but not entirely sure they understand the issue?

I'm a new O2 customer and got offered 3 months of free Disney+ subscription as an extra when I signed the contract, but when I try to activate the subscription it takes me to an 404 Error page (tried this on my lap top and on my phone through the MyO2 app) I would really like to know what would be the best way forward to resolve this? Thanks!

The forum is full of this today so obviously an issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
