Disney offer closes early?

Ok had an offer for Disney + Free for 6 months - ends 11th September.

 

Had a reminder text yesterday, Thursday 10th September reminding me I could still get the offer if I text "Disney" before middnight tonight, Friday.

 

So did just that, Text "not delivered"  and on calling, "This offer is now closed"and upon going into my account just now, 4pm Friday 11th September there is no such offer available!

 

Only offer available is Disney + at £5.99 with £2 off my call subsciption for 6 months - what happened!!

I sent my text yesterday.

DISNEY to 21500 and got an email back immediately.

Check the number you are testing to is correct and if you still have problems, give O2 a call.

If you need to contact O2.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Thanks, tried calling, did as you suggested, pressed 7 and received 'Bye" and was disconnected !!
